The Remote Access system that provides access to files and applications is currently down. Users have already reported cases of not being able to connect over the weekend.
We are working to fix the issue and will update this page as information becomes available.
UPDATE: (3:00PM): The issue has now been resolved. The Remote Access service is now back up and running.
