Red Dot Maintenance and Repair

Due to ongoing maintenance and repair issues involving the Content Management System all CMS users are asked to refrain from logging in to or working in RedDot until further notice.

This condition may continue until tomorrow (Thursday) morning.

The issues that impacted the CMS yesterday have been resolved, and it is now ok to log into and use the CMS.

If you have any questions, or if any of your pages are not as they should be on the live web site, please email the help desk, and copy webadmin@suffolk.edu and sbecker@suffolk.edu. Be sure you include the page number or numbers that are not appearing properly.

Wimba Unavailable

Access to Wimba Classroom is currently unavailable. A high priority service call has been placed.

Wimba Classroom has been updated and is now available

Colleague System Maintenance Sat.June 9

The Colleague system will be down from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 9 for maintenance. This will affect access to Colleague and Web Advisor only.  All other services will be available.
