Some users with Vista SP1 on their home machines are reporting errors while accessing files and applications remotely. This is a known issue with the Vista operating system. We are working with the vendor on finding a fix for it.
***UPDATE*** 09/24/2008: Users with Vista SP1 are requested to update their remote access client with the latest version. Please visit our Remote Access section on our website for updated information.
