- Remember to leave your computer turned on. You should log out but leave the system running.
- ProPalms remote access servers currently used by many staff and faculty to obtain remote access will be unavailable between 03/14/2009 - 03/16/2009.
- Your passwords will be reset to temporary ones during the migration. Your temporary password has been sent to your Suffolk email.
- Keep a copy of this temporary password with you when you return to the office the week of 3/23/09. You will need to input it in order to login to your computer.
- If you have difficulties logging in we ask that you contact the ITS Help Desk at x2000 (617.557.2000 from an outside line).
