The Remote Access system that provides access to files and applications is currently down. Users have already reported cases of not being able to connect.
We are working to fix the issue and will update this page as information becomes available.
***UPDATE*** (02/25/2010):
The Remote Access service is back up and running. Off-campus access to My Documents, shared drives, SAS and Office 2007 is now restored.
